Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

Perch is a set of shelves and jumping boards you arrange up a wall, with a barrel tunnel on the way and a hammock to finish at. Because it bolts to the wall it costs you no floor at all, which is the whole argument for wall mounted cat shelves over a tower.

Will it fit your wall?
Find the studs first and plan the run in pencil, keeping each rise within 10–14 inches. A wall of about the height of a door is enough for a full route. Perch is not for drywall alone, and it is not the right starting point for a cat who will no longer jump; for that cat, fit the Ascent stairway first and finish with these shelves.
