Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

A thick foam bed is the wrong thing for a dog in August. Foam holds heat, so a hot dog abandons his bed and goes to lie on the tile by the door, which is what most owners notice first, before they work out why. Airlie is an elevated dog bed built like a cot rather than a mattress: taut mesh stretched over a steel frame, held 7 inches clear of the ground.
Air moves underneath him as well as through the deck. That is the whole mechanism: nothing to trap heat, and a draft under the dog. A removable plush mat sits over the mesh, so it is firmer than foam but not bare.
The plush bolster lifts off entirely. On in spring and fall for something to lean against; off in high summer, when it is a bare airflow bed. The frame is powder-coated steel and the mesh does not mind rain, so it works on a covered porch as well as indoors.

Which size does your dog need?
Size by weight rather than length: Large to 44 lb, X-Large to 66 lb, XX-Large to 88 lb. The usable deck inside the bolster is smaller than the outside measurement; on the Large it is about 24 x 22 inches inside a 35 x 28 inch frame. All three stand 11 inches tall. Some give in the mesh is normal; persistent sag means you sized down too far. It is not the bed for a dog over 88 lb, for a dog who wants to sink into foam, or for leaving out in the weather all winter.
