Clover is a set of plush foam dog stairs for couch and armchair height that takes that drop apart into three or four short, flat steps.
The core is high-density foam, firm enough that a paw does not sink and skid. The plush cover gives a hesitant dog something to grip rather than a hard varnished edge to scrabble on. There is no frame, so a missed step lands on foam, and the whole thing weighs 6.8 lb if you want to move it from room to room.
The three-step stands 13.8 inches tall, the four-step 17.7 inches, which is the difference between a couch and a low bed. The whole cover unzips and goes in the washing machine.

Will it fit your couch?
Measure floor to the top of the cushion, not the frame. Three steps for a couch or armchair, four for a low bed; pick the height that lands just under the seat, because a dog steps down onto a stair more confidently than up onto one that overshoots. Clover is built for dogs up to about 40 lb: a dachshund, a shih tzu, a small terrier, an older cat. It is not for a Labrador, which will flatten the foam, and at 17.7 inches it will not reach a 25-inch bed.

Can I wash the cover?
Yes. Unzip it, machine wash cold, air dry. The foam core stays out of the machine.
Does it need assembly, and will it slide on wood floors?
No assembly; it arrives ready to use. The base has a grippy backing and the weight of the dog holds it. On polished boards, push the back edge against the couch so the couch takes the push.
