Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

An old dog with sore hips does not want to climb into anything. Bolsters are fine for a dog who likes to rest his chin on something, but for a stiff dog they are a wall to get over, which is why a lot of arthritic dogs end up sleeping on the floor next to a perfectly good bed. Shore is a flat memory foam dog bed: four inches of foam, no sides, no edges to negotiate.
He steps on from anywhere, and the whole slab is sleeping surface. That is also why it works wherever he has decided to sleep: at the foot of the bed, beside the couch, in a crate, or in the trunk of the car.

Measure your dog lying stretched out on his side and add a few inches; with no bolsters, the whole surface counts. For a crate, measure the crate floor instead. Large is 36 x 27, X-Large 42 x 29, XX-Large 46 x 32, XXX-Large 50 x 36, all 4 inches deep. Put it flat on the floor, not jammed in a corner, so he can get on from any direction. It is not the bed for a dog who wants to lean into a bolster or rest his head on a raised edge; Harbour or Glade suit that dog better.
