Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

Will my tray fit?
Measure your existing tray against the internal dimensions on the diagram in the photos before ordering. Most standard open trays fit; a large hooded tray will not. There is no mat included, so plan for a litter mat just outside the doorway. If you want a closed cabinet with a flat top for a lamp, look at Stable instead.
