Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

Most cat trees are built for an eight-pound cat. Put a maine coon on one and the hammock bottoms out, the top perch is two inches short of his body, and the whole thing rocks every time he lands. That is the real reason big cats stop using them. Redwood is a large cat tree for big cats, scaled up from the base to the top perch.
It stands 67 inches tall on a double-layer weighted base about 23 inches across, with eleven thick natural sisal posts instead of thin cardboard tubes. The perches are wide enough for a long cat to lie across rather than fold onto, and the hammock is deep and properly slung, so it holds a 20-pound cat instead of dropping him to the floor.
There is a condo at the bottom for the one who wants to be out of sight, and enough separate levels that two or three cats can use it at once without negotiating. A heavy duty cat tree, in other words, that is not a floor-to-ceiling post.

Will it fit?
Allow floor space for a base about 23 inches across, and check that your ceiling clears 67 inches with room above the top perch for a cat to sit up. Build it where it will stand. It is not the tree for a small apartment with no spare floor; a floor-to-ceiling post like Steeple takes less room. An older cat who has stopped jumping is better on a lower tree like Elm.
